Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Holdone Software SRL, Str. Sterpoaia nr. 1, Țicleni 215600, Romania ("Lunation", "we"). By creating an account or using the app you accept them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data and is part of these terms.

1. Not medical advice

Lunation is a wellness app. It is not a medical device, not a method of contraception and not a substitute for a doctor. Predictions of periods, ovulation and fertile windows are estimates computed from the dates you log; cycles vary and predictions can be wrong. Daily briefings and reminders are written by an AI model from your logs and are general wellness information. Do not use the app to prevent pregnancy, to diagnose a condition, or to decide on treatment. If you are worried about your health, talk to a doctor.

2. Your account

You need to be at least 16 years old to use Lunation. You sign in with Apple, Google or an email address and are responsible for keeping that sign-in secure. You can delete your account at any time in Settings > Account; this permanently deletes your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

3. Free features and Lunation Plus

Logging, the calendar, predictions for the next three months, reminders and widgets are free. Lunation Plus is an auto-renewing subscription that adds the daily briefing, your full cycle history, twelve months of predictions and the doctor-ready PDF report.

• Plus is offered as a monthly subscription and an annual subscription. The price in your currency is shown in the app before you buy, and in your App Store account afterwards.
• Some offers include a free trial. If a trial is shown, its length and the price after it are stated on the purchase screen. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the same price and length unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Plus until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's terms, at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Earlier versions of the app sold a one-time "lifetime" purchase. It is no longer sold; if you bought it, it keeps working.

4. Acceptable use

Use the app for your own personal tracking. Do not try to break into it, reverse-engineer it beyond what the law allows, scrape it, or use it to harm others. We may suspend accounts that do.

5. Our content and yours

The app, its design, text and code are ours or our licensors'. Your logs are yours: we only use them to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy, and you can export them in the doctor report or delete them at any time.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep Lunation available, but it is provided "as is" and we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features; if we ever discontinue Plus we will stop charging for it. We may update these terms; the date at the top tells you when. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on predictions, briefings or reminders. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
