Delete your Lunation account

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

  1. Open Lunation and sign in if you are not already.
  2. Go to Settings from the tab bar.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm in the dialog.

This removes your profile, every period, symptom and pregnancy log, your checklists, notification settings and the device registration for push notifications, both from the app and from our servers. Our server finishes the cleanup of analysis results, briefings and notification history automatically. There is no way to recover a deleted account.

Things to know

Apple Health is untouched. Anything Lunation wrote to Health stays there. Remove it from the Health app if you want it gone too.

Subscriptions are not cancelled by deleting the account. Cancel Lunation Plus in your Apple subscription settings before or after deleting, otherwise it renews.

No access to the app? Email hello@lunation.me from the address you signed up with and we will delete the account for you.
